Gain a new type of confidence!
This program is similar to our regular program curriculum but we can do a lot more in this class because we don't have to worry about age sensitive training methods and techniques. Your training will consist of conditioning, Kihon (basics), Kata (Training routines), Self-Defense and some sport applications.
- Develop stronger core muscles and strong, mobile joints.
- Release stress in a healthy way.
- Build a step-by-step higher level of physical and mental toughness.
- Contribute to the friendly atmosphere of the class.
- Sports development. We have a great program on the physical side too. Your child will be challenged to improve her over all athleticism. Most every thing we do in class will apply to all other sports.
